Pallet Rack Return Policy | Best Buy Forklift

This policy applies to eligible new pallet rack and warehouse storage products covered by our 14-day return policy.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days for eligible new products. Custom orders are final sale.

A restocking fee of 25% of the returned product price applies.

The customer is responsible for arranging and paying return shipping or freight. Best Buy Forklift does not provide free return freight.

If the return results from a Best Buy Forklift mistake, we will review the situation individually and may consider an exception to the return freight charge. An exception is not automatic.

Contact Best Buy Forklift before sending products back so we can review the order and coordinate the return destination. Report incorrect or damaged items promptly with photos and order details.
