Shipping and delivery
Standard commercial delivery within the contiguous United States.
Shipping is $149 for a shipping-profile subtotal below $1,000; $399 from $1,000 to $9,999.99; and $1,499 at $10,000 or more. The three designated EKKO pallet-jack offers show included freight on their product pages. If a cart contains products from different delivery profiles, their charges combine. Applicable sales tax is calculated separately at checkout.
Delivery requires a truck-accessible commercial address with a loading dock or suitable forklift and trained personnel to unload safely. Residential, liftgate, limited-access, inside delivery and other special services require a complete quote before ordering. Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories are excluded. Call/text 818-232-6647 for special services.
Supplier availability and delivery scheduling are confirmed after order. Shipping charges shown at checkout are the store charges for standard service; no additional standard freight charge will be added.
